6. DOGWOG and Blackmango Herbs
DOGWOG is the customer-facing pet supplement brand. Blackmango Herbs manufactures the products and issues customer invoices under its applicable business and GST registration details.
Where necessary for order fulfilment, billing, customer support, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, relevant customer and order information may be processed by Blackmango Herbs.
The applicable legal seller and invoicing details will be provided on the relevant customer invoice.
7. Delivery Delays
Although we work to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will assist you with available shipment information if a delay occurs.
